5 × 2 oz Honey Flight - FREE SHIPPING
$39.95
  • 5 × 2 oz jars

Discover just how different honey can be. We source unique monofloral honeys from across the UnitedStates and, when available, from around the world. We also source regional wildflower honeys from small-scale local beekeepers throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Wildflower honey is a true expression of place. Because the bees gather nectar from the flowers growingaround their apiary, each wildflower honey captures a snapshot of the landscape in which those bees live. Two apiaries only a few miles apart can produce honey with noticeably different flavors, aromas, colors, and textures.

Our small-scale beekeepers span many of the diverse ecological regions of the Pacific Northwest, from onelandscape to another, creating a remarkable range of wildflower honeys. This geographic variation can bejust as dramatic and fascinating as the differences found in monofloral honeys.

Your flight may contain honey from a homestead, a small family farm, or even an enthusiastic hobbyistbeekeeper, alongside carefully sourced monofloral and specialty honeys from farther afield.

Every flight is carefully curated to showcase a wide range of these characteristics, giving you five distincthoneys to taste, compare, and explore. The selection changes with availability, so each flight offers a newopportunity to discover something unexpected.

Varieties are subject to seasonal and limited availability.

Because honey is a natural agricultural product, color, clarity, aroma, flavor, texture, and crystallization may vary from jar to jar and harvest to harvest.

Crystallization

Crystallization is a completely natural process and does not mean your honey has spoiled. Some varieties crystallize more quickly than others.

Crystallized honey can be gently warmed to return it to a liquid or softer consistency.

Gently Warming Crystallized Honey

Place the sealed jar in a warm-water bath and allow the honey to gradually warm. Replace the water with warm water as needed until the desired consistency is reached.

For best quality, avoid overheating honey and keep it below approximately 120°F (49°C) whenever possible.

Do not microwave the jar directly. Microwaves can heat honey unevenly and create excessively hot spots.

Dietary & Safety Information

Do not feed honey to children under 1 year of age.

Honey is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and fat-free. Customers with severe allergies or specific dietary concerns should consider their individual needs when consuming agricultural products.

Storage

Store tightly sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry location. Refrigeration is not necessary and may encourage crystallization.
