Honey Selection
ORANGE BLOSSOM
Bright, fragrant, and distinctly citrus-forward. Orange Blossom honey carries a delicate floral character with a clean sweetness and a fresh citrus aroma. A beautiful everyday honey for tea, toast, baking, or enjoying straight from the spoon.
RIO GRANDE
A rich, dark honey from the Tamaulipan thorn scrub of South Texas. Mesquite and thorn-scrub nectar give this honey a deeper flavor with warm, earthy character and a lingering sweetness. Bold enough to stand on its own and wonderful paired with savory foods.
AMBER PRAIRIE
Light, warm, and wonderfully approachable. Amber Prairie is an easygoing honey with a balanced sweetness and gentle floral character, making it an excellent everyday honey for everything from morning toast to tea and cooking.
AMERICAN BASSWOOD
A remarkably delicate honey from American Basswood, also known as Linden. Very light golden to almost green in color, with floral notes reminiscent of pear and citrus and a subtle hint of spice. Elegant, aromatic, and distinctly floral.
SMOKEY VALLEY
From the Smokey Valley south of Toledo, Washington, this local honey is a well-rounded everyday sweetener with a medium to dark amber color. Smooth, naturally sweet, and full-bodied without being overpowering.
ALFALFA
Dark, rich, and caramel with a robust sweetness and gentle earthy undertones. A full-bodied honey with a smooth finish and plenty of character.
AVOCADO
Dark, rich, and surprisingly complex, Avocado honey is known for its deep color and malty, earthy sweetness. A wonderful choice for those who prefer a more robust honey with a lingering finish.
TUPELO
Rare · Smooth · Exquisite
Sourced from the Apalachicola River Basin of the Florida Panhandle and Southwest Georgia, Tupelo is one of the most prized honeys in the world. It has a light golden color, exceptionally smooth and buttery texture, and a clean, delicate sweetness with subtle floral notes.
Tupelo is also exceptionally slow to crystallize, allowing its silky texture and beautiful golden character to remain for an unusually long time. A true connoisseur’s honey.
