Our Honey Flight brings together a rotating selection of distinctive honeys so you can taste those differences side by side. Each small jar offers a chance to explore a different place, floral source, aroma, texture, and flavor.

Below are some of the varieties you may find included in our Honey Flight. Because our selection changes with availability, your flight may not contain every variety listed here.

    • A rich, fruit-forward honey with a distinctly floral character. Blackberry honey brings deeper berry notes to the familiar sweetness of honey, making it especially enjoyable as a dessert honey or alongside foods that benefit from a richer sweetness.

• RIO GRANDE

  • Dark Amber · Bold · Complex

    • From the Tamaulipan thorn scrub region of southeastern Texas, this dark honey has a bold, distinctive character. Expect deep sweetness with earthy and savory notes, including impressions of mesquite and the surrounding thorn-scrub landscape.

• SMOKEY VALLEY

  • Medium-Dark Amber · Rich · Well-Rounded

    • Sourced south of Toledo, Washington, Smokey Valley is a local honey with a rich, well-rounded sweetness. Its darker color and full flavor make it an excellent everyday sweetener for tea, toast, baking, and anything else calling for a little more depth.

• TUPELO

  • Light Amber · Smooth · Highly Prized

    • Tupelo is prized for its exceptionally smooth texture and distinctive flavor. It is a wonderful honey to experience on its own, where its character can really shine without competing flavors.

• RASPBERRY

  • Light Amber · Fruity · Floral

    • Raspberry honey offers a delicate balance of fruit and floral character. This honey comes from Linden, Washington, and has the bright, recognizable impression of raspberry without being infused or flavored.

• LINDEN

  • Very Light · Floral · Delicate

    • Also known as basswood or Tilia, Linden honey is known for its lighter color and distinctly floral character. Its delicate sweetness can carry subtle notes of fruit, citrus, and spice, making it a lovely honey for tasting on its own or pairing with lighter foods.

• BLUEBERRY

  • Light Amber to Deep Gold · Fruity · Clean

    • Blueberry honey from Linden, Washington, offers a light fruity character with a clean finish. Despite its name, this is honey produced by bees foraging on available blueberry blossoms—it is not blueberry-flavored or infused.

• RAINBOW HILL

  • Amber · Rich · Pacific Northwest

    • A distinctly Pacific Northwest honey from Rainbow Hill near Jackson Prairie and Highway 12. Its character reflects a mix of seasonal forage, with notes influenced by maple, blackberry, and other blooming plants in the surrounding landscape.

• MEADOWFOAM

  • Dark · Sweet · Distinctive

    • A unique Pacific Northwest honey associated with meadowfoam blossoms along the Oregon Coast. Meadowfoam is known for its rich sweetness and unusual flavor profile, making it one of the more distinctive honeys to encounter in a flight.
